As part of the Eco-Package project, these designs offer a new lease on life for disposable packaging. While raising awareness about conscious consumption, they also reflect social values such as embracing human differences. Designers integrated their unique expertise into the project, introducing innovative and practical ideas for living spaces and urban environments.
In line with our "Return to Nature" vision, Samsung is committed to reflecting on the impact of our technology on the environment. In line with this objective, the "Eco-Package" project, overseen by the In-Between Design Platform and executed by Beril Ates, Figure, Repairers Club, Ottan Studio, Öykü Bastas, and Everyone is an Architect Association for Serap Ercan and Kubilay Ercelap, has repurposed disposable Samsung television boxes into functional and decorative products for daily use.
The designs on display were created to provide consumers with ideas for repurposing their television boxes, showcasing Samsung's 16 years of leadership in both the Turkish and global markets. This transformation was brought to life through the exhibition.
